Essential cookie
When you sign in, the site stores a session cookie named ap_session. It is httpOnly, which means browser scripts on the page cannot read it. It identifies your signed-in session and expires within twelve hours. If you do not sign in, that cookie is not set.
What we do not use
The public site does not set advertising cookies, social-media pixels, or a third-party analytics cookie. Embedded maps are not loaded unless an administrator has configured a map address. Until then, the contact page offers a link to open the address in Google Maps, which is a separate site with its own policy.
Managing cookies
You can delete cookies in the browser. If you delete the session cookie, you will be signed out. The site does not offer a preference centre for advertising cookies because those cookies are not in use.
Changes
If a later version of the site adds analytics or an embedded map, this page has to be updated first and the status reviewed.
